At Diagram, we think the easiest way to see how you work is… to have you actually work on something! You won’t find whiteboard interviews, pseudocode, or theoretical exercises in our interview.
Our goal isn’t for you to build something we’ll directly use, but to touch on problems and technologies that you would be interacting with day-to-day. We’ll pay you a fair rate for your time. Depending on your role, this will look slightly different (ie design, eng, data, etc)
If we don’t end up hiring you, we’d love to let you share your work anyway. Hopefully, it helps you find the right fit elsewhere!
